"Building Information For COLLECTORSFEST Dealers"

Our shows take place in the Horticulture Building on the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse, New
York.

Your dealer entrances are located in the rear of the building. They are marked "A" and "B" to indicate
which half of the building your tables are located in. We try to split dealer arrivals between 7am
and 8am to minimize traffic inside the building. If you feel you need three hours to set up please
ask for a 7am entrance.

We check you in, take care of any paperwork needed, and point you in the right direction. At this
time our staff needs to see your "New York State Tax Number." Feel free to come back to the Show Office
if any problem arises.

Your front tables and any back-up tables are clearly identified with your name. A notice reminds
you to check your table legs. Your dealer packet contains your name badges and additional information.

If you require electricity please let us know in advance, because it is not always available in all
locations.

As a dealer you get to drive right up to your tables for unloading. Sometimes due to traffic jams
it's not quite that easy but we try to keep them to a minimum. This way you don't need to bring a
cart and can bring more stock in it's place.

There is plenty of parking out back no mater how big your vehicle is. No vehicle is allowed to remain
inside the building after 9:30am.

Our building is clearly marked "COLLECTORSFEST" by our banner. Collectors line up for our 10am opening.

Our ticket booths process the collectors quickly to get them in and to your table. Many collectors
have been coming back for years. They get their hand stamped so they can come in and out several times.

Every collector that enters has to pass by our literature tables. This is where we put out fliers for
future shows and let collectors sign up for our direct mailing list.

If you have a shop of your own you would like to advertise feel free to place your fliers here. We
do however reserve the right to disapprove your advertisement.

Dealers from all over the Northeast specialize in a variety of merchandise. You will find NASCAR,
Cards, Autographs, MatchBox, Beanie Babies, and other items.

We try to schedule one or two autograph guests at every show. Some are free autographs to the collector
and some cost a few dollars. We try to leave the collector plenty of money to spend at your table.
Our guests sign mail order, do interviews, and sometimes get to walk around. We know how busy you
are so let us get your autographs for you.

Our guests enjoy meeting and talking to their fans. In fact there is usually a line waiting when we
bring them out.

Our staff sells a selection of photographs and other items to be signed. We also have a variety
of autographed items from past autograph sessions.

NO SMOKING The Fairgrounds does NOT allow smoking inside the building. Smoking is allowed
outside the rear center of the building just past the Show Office. Then after we open the doors outside
the Main Entrance is also available to you. We ask that no other doors be used for smoking.

Restaurant There is a restaurant on the premises, which usually opens around 9am for coffee
and goodies. By our 10am show opening it's ready for full service.

Clean Up The Fairgrounds has a vehicle they drive around to clean the floor if there is water
from rain or snow. Occasionally a car will drip oil on the floor. It all gets cleaned up quickly. Don't
hesitate to bring this to our attention early.

After The Show The show usually ends at 4pm. We make an announcement first then open the overhead
doors so you can drive in to load up. Please be very careful of any people still walking around. With
any luck there is a lot less merchandise to take home.
