"Toy Collectible MegaShow Vendor Information" To set up at our Toy shows as a vendor is relatively easy. 1) You must have a New York State Tax Number. Even if you are not a resident of New York State you must have one to sell your merchandise in New York. Many of our dealers are from others states as well as Canada. If you do not have a New York State Tax Number and wish to obtain one call 1-800-972-1233 or 1-800-225-5829 for more information. New York State insists that your Tax Number Certificate be prominently displayed whenever you are set up to sell your merchandise. 2) Contact CNY Promotions by e-mail: promo@odyssey.net, phone: 607-753-8580, or by the old fashion snail mail: CNY Promotions, 35 Hubbard Street Suite #1, Cortland, NY 13045. Ask for price and availability of tables at the show or shows you wish to set up at. A contract and Vendor packet will be sent out to you. Other information that you might like to know about. 3) The shows will now take place inside the Pepsi International Building. Unlike the Horticultural Building, vendors must use a handcart to bring their merchandise into the building. The building has 3 doors for vendors to unload at. Vendors may set up on Saturday from 2:00 pm 5:00 pm and or again on Sunday morning from 7:00 am 8:45 am. 4) If you have any special requirements such as electricity or wheelchair accessibility behind your tables you must give us appropriate notice. 5) Tables are 8 foot long and come in an area roughly 8 X 7. 6) Chairs are provided but table covers are not. "Directions To The Fairgrounds In Syracuse" The New York State Fair is located West of Syracuse, just off Interstate Route 690. From The East or West: Take the New York State Thruway (Route I-90) to Exit 39. Proceed to Route I-690 East to Exit 7 and follow the signs for the Fairgrounds. From The North or South: Take Interstate Route 81 into Syracuse. Proceed to Route I-690 West to Exit 7 and follow the signs for the Fairgrounds. Once At The Fairgrounds: The usual entrance to the Fairgrounds is through Entrance Number TWO, however that is subject to change by the fairgrounds. Once inside the Fairgrounds follow the signs for the Toy Collectible Show. The Parking Crew will direct you to where they are parking cars at that time. Our show takes place in the "Pepsi International Building". If you are not familiar with its location just ask any parking attendant for directions. |
